Beavercreek (4-4) travels to Centerville (6-2) Friday to take on the Elks in a game featuring the GWOC’s top offense and defense.  The Elks boast the league’s top offense, churning out 440 yards per game and averaging 40.9 points per game.  The Elks lead the GWOC with 407.5 rushing yards per game, with Beavercreek second at 298.5 yards per game.  Centerville Junior Damian Popp is the GWOC’s leading rusher at 1535 yards on the season, averaging 191.9 yards per contest.  Popp averages 8.3 yards per carry and has scored 18 touchdowns on the season.  The Beavers will look to slow down the Elks’ ground game with the GWOC’s top-rated defensive unit.  The Beavers allow a league-leading 203 yards of total offense and 17.6 points per game, including limiting opponents to an impressive 88.5 rushing yards per game.  The Beavers are coming off a 27-21 win over the Elks a year ago and look to make it two in a row on Friday.  Kickoff is at 7:00 PM.  Go Beavers!
