Turnovers on Beavercreek’s first two drives of the game allowed Springboro to take an early 13-0 lead, and big plays on offense propelled the Panthers to a 58-0 win over the visiting Beavers on Friday night.  The Beavers struggled on both sides of the ball and were thoroughly outplayed by the Panthers.   The lone bright spot on the evening for the Beavers was Mikel Davis, who had 7 kick returns for 172 yards, and who set the Beavers up with great starting field position all night, but the Beavers were never able to capitalize.  Beavercreek was shutout for the first time this season and held to 157 total yards on the night.  The Beavers’ defense gave up 50+ points for the second time in four games and is giving up an average of over 41 points per game to opponents.  The Beavers fall to 1-3 on the season and will return home to face Dunbar next Friday night for Homecoming.  Go Beavers!
