The last time the Beavercreek Beavers traveled to Lebanon to face the Warriors, current Beavercreek seniors were in . . . second grade.  The Beavers last made the trip in 2006, winning 28-21.  The Beavs also beat Lebanon at home in 2007, 14-8.  Bottom line, this is not a familiar opponent for the Beavers.  But, the Warriors could pose a stiff threat for the 3-0 Beavers.  After falling in week one to Kings 35-7, Lebanon has posted back-to-back wins against Loveland and Fenwick.  The Warriors offer a balanced attack, averaging 114 yards on the ground and 200 through the air per game, while averaging 24.3 points per contest.  Beavercreek has been tough against the run and the Beavers will again look to make the Warriors one dimensional.  On offense, Beavercreek is leading the GWOC with 402 rushing yards per game and Lebanon’s defense ranks 17 out of 20 in the GWOC, giving up 258 yards per game.  Lebanon beat Loveland despite Loveland rushing for 408 yards in the game, so the Warriors have found a way to win even with giving up lots of rushing yards.  If the Beavers are able to run, they will control the clock and shorten the game.  Beavercreek’s defense is the difference — the Beavs have a good chance to pick up a road victory here.  GO BEAVERS!
